If you need an item Next Day, 2 - 3 Days then please either call us at 1-800-560-1623 or email us equus17@comcast.net to make a request. Otherwise, please allow up to 14 - 21 Business Days to receive your order unless you specify otherwise. Some delays may be in part due to custom fittings, inventory availability and weather conditions. Shipments are made only on business days.
We have a 14 Day Return Policy (7 Days for Saddles - 5% Mandatory Restocking Fee for Saddles) in which all receipts MUST be accompanied with the product when returned. If for any reason, you need to return an item. You MUST contact our store to acquire a Return Authorization Number. You have 14 Days from the delivery date you receive your order to obtain a RA number. If the RA number is a acquired after this 14 day period a 20% restocking fee will be incurred. AFTER the RA Number has been issued the item must be received within 14 days to our store. Shipping Charges are not refundable. Items MUST BE IN BRAND NEW CONDITION with ALL TAGS, protective bags/packaging.
CANCELLATIONS: If for any reason you need to CANCEL an Item(s) for your Order. Please notify us by email so we can issue you a Cancellation Number by email.
Saddle Returns: If a saddle needs to be returned, you must notify Equus Unlimited of the return with-in 7 days of receiving the saddle to request a Return Authorization. A 5% Restocking Fee will be implemented for all return saddles. The saddle must be returned in the condition that it was received, otherwise a damage fee may be applied. On English saddles, please wrap the leathers and stirrups in a non-abrasive material such as a sock, to protect the saddle from marks.
We ship to the United States UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. We do provide INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING via USPS International Priority for countries outside the United States. Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You must have physical address to receive delivery unless specified to us in writing or by phone. Additional Shipping charges will added as a special shipping fee if Wrong Address is given by customer.
NON RETURNABLE ITEMS We can not accept Undergarments, Personalized, Closeout, Custom or Special Order items for return. Bits, Books, Supplements, Shampoo's etc. are Non-Refundable.
Please use some form of protection when assuring fit. Do not try items directly on your horse. Use plastic, a sheet, or some form of protection so the item will remain clean and undamaged. It is your responsibility to make sure the item size, color, and fit is correct. We are not responsible for damage to the item or injury to the animal if you did not size/fit the item correctly.
BIT RETURN POLICY - For Health reasons we cannot accept any bit for return.
HORSE BLANKET RETURN POLICY - For Health reasons we are unable to accept dirty blankets. Please try your new blanket over a clean sheet. If it does not fit we will be happy to provide an exchange, credit, or refund of the clean blanket.
